ROHAN WINGS TRADING LLC provides a 12-month warranty for the motor and 6 Months for battery against defects in materials and workmanship starting from the purchase date. We are accountable for diagnosing problems and providing repairs or replacement parts to resolve issues, excluding those resulting from personal actions, abuse, misuse, negligence, or accidents (e.g., riding in wet conditions, dropping the board, etc.).

ROHAN WINGS TRADING LLC provides these solutions.

We will send replacement parts via regular mail and guide you with instructions.

We will replace the scooters that have malfunctioned because of defects in materials or workmanship within 7 business days from the delivery date.

We will replace the faulty accessories with functionally similar ones that match the original parts in performance and dependability.

Rohan wings trading LLC does not include the shipping costs for receiving and sending for the customer. Customer is required to pay the delivery fee, which can range from 35 to 50AED each way.

The Warranty is only available to the original buyer and cannot be transferred. Scooters bought from other sources, in used condition, or second-hand do not have warranty coverage.

If problems arise from personal behavior or typical use, ROHAN WINGS TRADING LLC does not provide warranty services under these conditions.

The product has not been brought to market by ROHAN WINGS TRADING LLC or any of its authorized retailers.

The item was altered or fixed by unapproved technicians or/and with defective, altered, or non-original equipment/accessories.

The product has experienced incidents or harm due to outside influences, weather conditions, or similar occurrences.

The defects arise from dirt, contaminants, moisture, foreign objects, and so on, as relevant. The product was utilized in the rain and/or traveled through water that was deeper than 4 cm.

Identification series/codes/marks of products or parts that are removed/illegible, markings created for different purposes, spare parts or original parts exhibit dents, mechanical impacts, thermal or other damages, cracks, etc., not linked to them.

Harm and flaws resulting from incorrect handling and transportation conducted by the purchaser.

Alterations to the product’s initial state caused by natural factors (e.g., corrosion, condensation) resulting from inadequate storage conditions.

The item has not been utilized in accordance with the stipulations of the user guide. Defects in the product result from vandalism or related factors.

The warranty period has lapsed.

ROHAN WINGS TRADING LLC maintains the authority to evaluate all warranty claims and, at its exclusive discretion, decide if defects or damages fall within this limited warranty’s coverage. If a claim is filed and found to be outside the coverage of this warranty, we will offer you a quote for the repair expenses and the return shipping fees
