If you're unhappy with the purchase, we will gladly assist you.

Feel free to reach out to us if you wish to alter or cancel your order before it has been processed (usually within 12 hours).
Your order
may be changed or refunded prior to the shipment of the item. The refund will be issued once our team has verified the matter with you.
Return
Criteria for products that can be returned are:
The scooters that have malfunctioned because of material or workmanship defects within 7 days from the delivery date.
If any manufacturing defects are present when the board is newly unpackaged (which is rare), we take responsibility for diagnosing the problem and providing free repair services or sending replacement parts to resolve issues, excluding those caused

Send the product back to us in the original packaging.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will inform you r
egarding the acceptance or denial of your refund.
If you receive approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be issued to your credit card or original payment method within a specific number of days.
We do not accept returns for "change of mind":
Refunds and returns may take between 1 to 4 weeks, although they are usually settled more quickly. As soon as we get your items, we wil
l inform you whether your request has been accepted or rejected.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed via your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Late or missing refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Return Shipping cost:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs charged by your purchase are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from
your refund. You may choose any carrier (Professional, FedEx, MAX, etc.)
We always do our best to take care of customers and deal with you fairly; we ask that you, our Customers, treat us fairly as well. From
time to time we may not accept a return.
Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your return or refund. If you are due a refund, please allow 1-2 business days for
